Shalane Flanagan recently got a new training partner in Kara Goucher when Goucher decided to make a coaching change from Alberto Salazar to Jerry Schumacher. Shalane and Kara have been competing against one another for years as the two have been at the top of the US Women's distance running scene together since 2006. Shalane talks about Kara and dynamic of the two going from competitors to teammates.
